Ingredients

Caffeine

It is a hydrophilic substance found in the grains, leaves and fruits of more than 63 plants. Some of the best known are coffee, tea and leaves, cocoa and guarana. Caffeine acts as a natural pesticide that paralyzes and kills certain insects fed by these plants. The human body acts as a stimulant and is a mild diuretic, and has been a protagonist in many obesity research.

How does it relate to slimming and what exactly is its action?

It is wrong to believe that the more coffee we drink, the more easily we slim down. We remind you that 3 cups of coffee a day cause clarity, well-being and give us energy, but too much coffee causes stress, headache, trembling, and nausea. However, caffeine, when it comes in direct contact with the adipocytes, has a strong fat-dissolving action. That is, it has the ability to help the fat that is trapped inside the adipocytes become more delicate. Thus, it “escapes” more easily to the liver, which will metabolize it. At the same time, it removes unnecessary fluids, treats swelling and decongests fatty tissue. These are the reasons most of the weakening and anti-cellulite cosmetics contain caffeine in their composition.

What criteria do we choose for a weakening caffeine?

Its texture should be light and semi-liquid, like a moisturizing body lotion. It must also be absorbed immediately, dry quickly so that we can dress immediately after application, penetrate the deeper layers of the skin and of course be pleasing to the application.

Are all caffeine slimming products effective?

No, their effect depends on their caffeine content. A good rate ranges around 3 – 6%. Another important thing is: Caffeine has a low molecular weight, so it can be easily absorbed by the skin. However, the other components of the composition and their amount play a role. For example, alcohol is ideally suited to caffeine, however high levels may cause dehydration and irritation to the epidermis.

Which ingredients work complementary to caffeine and enhance its activity?

Together with ginger, it enhances the synthesis of adiponectin, a hormone that burns fat and activates its removal through the lymph. In combination with polyphenols, e.g. from green tea, prevents fat storage and protects the skin from oxidation, keeping the tire tight and tight. Together with seaweed or ivy, decongests and detoxifies adipose tissue while preventing cellulitis and local thickness reappearance. With pepper, it stimulates the lymphatic function and the elimination of toxins, so it causes a burning sensation and possibly redness in the skin. With apple extract, it acts against relaxation since it has the property of protecting the collagen type I and elastin fibers and stimulating the composition of new ones. Along with beetles, it removes all types of grease, even the most resistant (triglycerides, diglycerides, free fatty acids).

What is the correct application of a slimming / anti-celulite product?

No matter how good is the product we use, it does not reach its full potential with a simple spreading. For perfect application, do the following: Morning and evening, spread the product on dry skin and make massive massage, starting from the bottom up, in the lymphatic direction, and pinching the skin with your fingers. Thus, on the one hand the product is properly absorbed and on the other hand it facilitates the elimination of toxins. For an ideal result, before we spread the product, we make a warm bath. In this way, the skin pores expand and allow better penetration of the components.

When does the action of lipolysis peak?

Up to now, we were used to using an anti-celulite or slimming product in the morning. And yet, the time at which its action peak is at night, during sleep. Then natural lipodialysis is accelerated. If we do not sleep well or have poor sleep quality, we are at greater risk of becoming fat, because the function of adiponectin, the hormone that burns fats and the collagen composition is disturbed.
